Our passion is in revitalizing the downtown Eau Claire and historical Water Street districts through renovations of historical landmarks and updating older buildings for modern commercial and residential use. In addition to residential and commercial real estate, we also specialize in investment property, land and farmland throughout Wisconsin and the United States.

Rental properties are a large part of Investment Realty. Through a combination of our professional management team and experienced maintenance staff you can rest assured that your rental experience will be a pleasant one.

Our goal is to satisfy the demands of our customers by offering a high quality of service. Our experienced maintenance staff consists of eleven full-time employees and an electrician that is certified with the City of Eau Claire. Our maintenance service is offered 24 hours per day.

We own all the units that we manage so you can expect extra care and diligence in the service you get and the maintenace the properties receive. In other words "we care".
